Rental information
WHOLE DAY RENTAL
A whole day rental lets you have access of the mansion from 9:00am to 12:00am (the day of your event). You will have access to the Ballroom, Grand Foyer, Copper Lounge, Library, Bridal Suite and Billiards Room. All guests must exit the premises at 12:00am. You will have until 12:30am to get all your décor, personal items, and vendors removed from the space.

GOLD TIER

Six Hour Rental
You will have access to the mansion for six consecutive hours, with two hours immediately prior for setup. All guests will need to exit the premises at 12:00am and then you will have until 12:30am to get all your décor, personal items, and vendors removed from the space. Access permitted to the Ballroom and the Bridal Suite only. All other rooms can be rented at an additional

Hourly Rental
The hourly rental gives you access to any one room in the mansion. This option is great for business meetings, lunch and learns, corporate events, dinners, fundraisers, birthdays, holiday work parties, and more. Call for Pricing
RENTALS INCLUDE
Taxes, dinner tables, Chiavari chairs with chair pads, five high top tables, five low top cocktail tables, security, doorman (Saturday rentals only), set up and clean up.
